Summary of the 4th Krakow Medical Tourism Congress
The 4th Kraków Congress of Medical Tourism was held in the ICE Kraków Congress Centre between 8 and 9 October. The event attracted nearly 200 attendees from Poland and abroad, mainly senior officers and managers from the medical and tourist sectors.
Once again, the Conference garnered much praise, both for its content and organisation. The participants appreciated the presence of international medical tourism experts and the practical workshops which offered them a chance to explore the topics presented in more detail. The event attracted attention and praise from, among others, the Polish Association of Private Hospitals which, in a letter addressed to the Mayor of the City of Kraków, thanked him for the consistency with which the project has continued.
We want to thank you for attending the 4th Congress of Medical Tourism – much appreciation to the speakers for sharing their experiences and to the guests – for their active participation in the event. As was repeatedly said during the Congress, the key to further development is integration and consolidation of the sector and cooperation with institutions, followed by global promotion of medical services.
We encourage you to take part in a discussion – suggestions are welcome not only during the Congress, but throughout the year.
